Rather limited, boring menu. Food was just so so. Restaurant is dead most of the time (in August). Breakfast buffet bill includes auto 18% gratuity - really, for a buffet?! Service is good, pleasant servers, thought it doesn't make up for the food. I expected it to be better (not great, just better).

My boyfriend and I went to this place for Valentine's Day. It was a preset menu $95 a person with unlimited champagne. When we got there there was no one to greet us when we walked in, finally we sit down and the waitress has no idea we came for the valentines experience till we had to tell her. We thought she would go over the menu with us but she didn't till we asked her to. Things were going pretty smoothly till the main course came, we both got the fillet mignon. When the entree arrives we were so disappointed the size was for a little kid seriously! It was like a slap in the face and when my boyfriend cut into his steak it was completely raw! We complained to the waitress and asked for a manager this took about 10 minutes. Finally the manager comes to talk to us and takes our plates we also ask if we can get a larger piece of meat since the ones thy gave us could be eaten in four bites literally and the waitress tells us we have to pay extra for more meat. At this point my boyfriend and I just want to get up and leave. They finally fixed the meal they give us extra meat and after waiting for so long the manager finally comes back and checks on our meal. Although they did try to make my valentines day better by fixing our meal, I would never go back ever again. They charged us $95 a person then added gratuity with tax and than added the regular tax. I don't recommend eating here even if I was staying at the hotel.

I usually never try hotel restaurants, but when I checked-in at this one I got a 20% discount to dine at Neomi's, I thought, what could be wrong if its in the Trump Tower? Well turns out, everything. It was a Tuesday at 9pm and the place was dead, not even somebody to sit me in a table. That was the hint I should have followed and run away as I encourage you to. After I found a table and asked for Menu from a very friendly waiter (only good part of the experience, but not good enough to compensate for horrible food) I got a crab salad with Lobster that was really bad, numbing my tough bad, I will have crams bad. I returned it and concentrated on my bean soup with a cheese sandwich, in this case, fortunately things were not damaging to the human body, they were just the result of bad cooking. Avoid this place at all costs, there are a ton of places across the tower are a much better

We had take out and the food was amazing. The steak cooked perfectly. The menu had a wide variety of food and it was all good.

Service is painfully slow. Waiters constantly forget to bring what you ask for. We waited 10 minutes before a waiter even came to our table and waited another 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Food is average at best. Only come here if you have absolutely nothing to do and no where to go.

I don't normally do reviews and was not going to eat here but did out of necessity, we chose to do so. The food was great (for all 6 of us). The service (Lucien) was better than exceptional. This place should be at least a solid 4, so I deliberately skewing the results by giving it a 5 ;-)

I went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend. The staff and management were completely lost. No one greeted us, there was no hostess. The waitress saw us at the podium waiting and finally got us a table, The restaurant was empty... The waitress gave us our menus and we told her the Valentine's Day meal, she looked completely lost, she took our order and walked off, nothing was explain on the menu. The meal included unlimited champagne and we had empty glasses more then half the meal, The entrées were so tiny and my filet was completely raw! Uneatable! I would of got sick if I ate it! and my girlfriends fillet was medium rare, she likes it well done, the waitress did not even ask us how he would like our steak cooked. At this point I asked for a manager, I explained to him what happened he took our plates and went back to the kitchen. The Waitress came and apologized and then told me I would have to pay more for a bigger portion. I asked for the manager again at this point I was fed up and told her I wanted to leave. The manager never came instead we waited till the waitress brought us the food, and then she explained to us that the cook gave us a bigger portion. It was a bigger portion but not huge and I feel like they left some ingredients off the second plate. The manager came asked us how are we doing, and I told him horrible! He apologized and walked off never to be seen again! The restaurant staff did not accommodate us at all, we got the bill they charged us the full price and added a gratuity!!! and extra taxes... I do not recommend this restaurant to no one.

Fair selection. There're the typical hotel buffet: same kinds of fruits, hot meats, cold cuts, omelets. Nothing out of the ordinary. Price is a little high but reasonable given its locale in a hotel and clientele. The OJ had pulp and tasted like fresh squeezed, which is a plus in the little touches. My water glass was always full, another plus for service. The ambiance is very nice. There is outdoor seating partially overlooking the hotel's pool. There is a cool breeze blowing while we ate which felt very nice. Staff was attentive. Overall, it's decent brunch place for a hotel with good service and clean (not extraordinary) food.

To my dismay, the chef's table is no more and the restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch now.

This restaurant is located inside the Trump International Beach Resort Hotel in Miami. The lobby is beautiful and spacious, but the hotel rooms are not the best that I have seen. The service at Neomi's is excellent, and the ambience is warm and friendly and truly makes you feel as if you're at a beach resort. The menu contains a fusion of Contemporary American and tropical food. The food at Neomi's is fresh, good, and pleasing to the eyes. The presentation and creativity of the food is amazing and the desserts looks way too pretty to eat. Expect your bill to be quite high if you plan to dine here.

After a meal about which I am still thinking this past Friday at the Paradigm The Test Kitchen (separate category, but same chefs and restaurant locale), my wife asked Chef Jantz and Chef Galliano if they would be willing to make one of the dishes again for her father for the following day. They could not but offered a similarly flavored dish in a different format. We went from a "Cuban Sandwich" meat pie to a "Cuban Sandwich" Pizza. Similar flavor profile, different execution and ultimately a different delicious dish. I believe this little snippet exemplifies the whole operation at Neomi's so well. Paradigm only runs on Fridays, but they offered us a five-course meal at a set price. When we arrived, our prix-fixe menu was set on the table for us, with courses 1 - 5 clearly marked. There was also an amuse of truffle Kennebec kettle chips with roasted green onion dip; a snacks course consisting of salty caramel kettle corn, crab tostones and roasted shishito peppers wrapped in jamon; a dessert of liquid chocolate cake (the decadent 'cake' appears solid but melts instantly when inside your mouth) with a raspberry sponge (tasted like pure raspberry) to mop up any liquid, mango and black sesame sorbet (wow) and raspberry streusel; and a sort of dessert amuse (chocolate-cardamom bon-bons. Explosive flavor and one for each of us) to finish the meal ~ all in all 7 full courses with 2 mini courses. My wife and I basically tasted 19 courses over a period of 2 days from the same chefs and were blown away by all of them and by the fact that none of them repeated. Final price on Saturday remained as promised. Plenty of chefs in Miami know how to cook. Fewer chefs have the passion and discipline to deliver their product with consistency. Only a select number cook well consistently and just maintain such a level of passion as to give you as much as they can or more for the price. This is a class operation in a seemingly unlikely venue. Search them out. They are worth it. Personally I am tired of spending big bucks on up and down meals with negligible service. Here, service is excellent, food is excellent and varied. Quality is stunning. My only criticism would be the décor being a bit odd and definitely hotel-restaurantish. has potential. read this (chef's blog) and see why paradigm kitchen is the next great thing -- a restaurant within a restaurant chadzilla.typepad.com/ch… (as mentioned before, a true, albeit expensive molecular gastronomy experience in SoFl) since dinner entrees upwards $50, came for a pre-fixe (Thanksgiving $49) gotta to add all the taxes--service tax, food tax, sales tax, and food and beverage county tax... bread some of it was a bit hard (dry) brown butter caramel popcorn -- nice ricotta cranberry tartlets -- pretty good sweet buttercorn soup -- little too much butter fall greens -- standard, good main entress bass and turkey also probably was cooked earlier (not succulent), so a little disappointing, but expected with a pre-fixe apple pie done with a granola top -- not good thus, i'll be back to reevaluate and try the paradigm kitchen special meal!

Raffik was super cool and together with Lina, Terrence and Juan the BB we had a fantastic time for Josie's 10th birthday. Food was good and timely, the atmosphere is peacefull and inviting.
